Many applications need our custom location and approval hierarchies that don't exist anywhere today but Excel. Data owners need to have an application to enter changes to these hierarchies, including start and end dates surrounding these changes for auditing purposes. This should then hit a shared database that will become the Master Data Management layer all applications leverage.
